What do you charge?
- We charge a flat fee which is set once we have seen the work or been fully briefed on the task. For small jobs, we simply charge our time at a quoted hourly rate based on the complexity of the job. Our rates will always be competitive and affordable.
Do you charge extra if the work has to be done after hours or at weekends?
- No. Our fee is always based solely on the work itself. There is no additional charge if it needs to be done after hours or at weekends.
How do I pay you?
- Payment is by Electronic Funds Transfer to our nominated bank account or by cheque.
How long will it take to do my work?
- When we quote you our fee we will also quote you a delivery time and date. We don’t limit our work 35-hour weeks – we always work at capacity to get your work finished as fast we can. Consequently, we are always ready to take on urgent work.
Do you organise document printing and publication?
- We will do this if requested and give you a quote for it separate to the cost for our writing and editing.
Do you arrange any necessary work from specialists such as graphic designers and photographers?
- Yes, we frequently commission work from other specialists and will give you a quote for such work separate to that for our services.
